  • To ensure availability, it’s best to book one to two months in advance of your desired project date. If you have a specific deadline, reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate your timeline.

  • Absolutely! We offer Maintenance & Operations Support to ensure your brand continues to grow and evolve. Services include website updates, CRM setup, email marketing, and more, available on a monthly retainer or hourly basis.

  • The non-refundable deposit is 25% for most branding projects and 50% for à la carte photoshoots and other smaller projects. This secures your spot and allows us to begin the planning process. The remaining balance is due according to your project timeline.

  • Due to the nature of my services, all payments are non-refundable. However, I’m committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your experience. If there are concerns, let’s chat and find a solution that works.

CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your shoot, please contact us as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule, we'll work together to find an alternative date that accommodates both parties. Note you are limited to one rescheduled date per contract, otherwise the session is subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your booking slot and covers associated planning costs.

  • No, we don't provide raw unedited images. This is a common practice in the photography industry for several reasons. Raw files require specialized software and knowledge to be properly processed, and presenting them without editing may not accurately represent a photographer's artistic vision. Additionally, editing is a crucial part of the creative process, allowing us to enhance colors, adjust exposure, and bring out the best in every image. Our goal is to deliver a polished and professional final product that aligns with our quality standards and ensures your brand looks its absolute best.

  • We do light retouching on all photos. That includes correcting for lighting, adjusting color temperature, removing small blemishes and the like. Professional high-end retouching (skin retouching, pores, body sculpting, etc.) is available at a fee and can be requested on images once you receive your proofs.

CUSTOM BRANDING

  • Brand development lays the foundation of your brand, defining your mission, values, and audience connection.   • Yes, once the project is completed and final payment is made, you will own the rights to all branding materials delivered.
